Just remember time is money, and money is time. So if you spend a whole week having to fit those greek fairings you basically spent the extra 250 you could have for the other ones. Having pre drilled, fitted and cut out fairings is amazing instead of trying to fit a set on your own which you will fuck up your first time.
Go on the race forums WERA NESBA or AMA and ask people there what they like. They will point you in the best direction.
urite, lemme google and post up some colors I'm picturing
FRAME::
Option 1: with black or white painted accent: gold/black hardware accents
Option 2: with same things as above
Option 3: more black/gold accent than white with this
Option 4: off white, black wheels/frame/hardware. simplified, less racy.

Shit good call, I'm going to get my brother to whip up a japanese style cute cartoon deal and some racing part names that match and cover the bottom half fairings with it before clear coat. Plus all the original ducati decals. I only need a little over a grand to finish this project....excited...
Either way, kinda nice to see that the previous owner went all out on the bike as far as what was available for it. Aside from swapping front ends etc.
