I'm pretty sure that's the factory flip up lights are gone. I thought the pitcrew used the factory hood and because of that the pitcrew fenders actually incorporate the area that used to house the flip up lights.

Agreed. Woolrey's (green/yellow) car is a love/hate kind of thing. He's got lots of really nice parts, but sometimes it borders on corny. The quality of his car is there, though.
