Saw a Jetta(?) super stretched tires on some low offset wheels. Loud exhaust. Driving up and down Princess Anne yesterday.

 

Spotted him as well. I was behind him the whole way through Langley and then down Commander Shepard.

 

Yesterday, spotted a newer GT Mustang (silver) with the plates 'VANS SS'. He drove like a dumbass on 264, tailgating cars in TRAFFIC, switching lanes without using the turn signal. Just because you have a magnaflow exhaust doesn't mean your fast and cool. He continued his non-sense driving onto Volvo Pkwy. If you're on this forum, you sir, don't need to be driving! Your the type of person that can cause an accident!!

 

Yesterday, on Hampton blvd down by ODU, saw an asshole in a dark red Turbo PT Cruiser drive like a total ass-hat... cutting multiple people off, almost hit me and my wife in my car, and flooring it every single time he had more than two car lengths in front of him. Whole lotta sound, but no go.
