Default professional firefighter looking for affordable housing..

Getting ready to take a job with a fire dept in hampton roads and looking for someone or someone who know's someone with a place for rent that is affordable.

21 yrs old, engaged to my fiance

pretty much keep to myself, not the partying type

pretty handy and willing to keep the place in proper condition and doing anything to help the landlord.

Don't need anything that big, 2 bedrooms is what im looking for.

Someone willing to work with me on the security deposit would be nice.

I pay rent on time, everytime.

Can provide previous landlord references that would vouch for me, I pretty much managed my previous landlords residence including evicting non-paying tenants, landlord lived in the chicago the whole time.

Looking for something around $900.

Don't even come at me with the lmgtfy.

I'm on craigslist everyday.

Help a brotha out, please.

some apartment places will discount for fire/police/teachers but don't always advertise it. worth asking if you find one close to your budget.

if you're looking at a rental house or condo, let the landlord know as well. i discounted for two cops that lived at one of my houses. can't increase for non-cops, but can discount for them.
