Yesterday on Effingham in Portsmouth 2000ish black V6 accord on black/silver Blitz wheels.

Silver tsx,lowered on big ass chrome wheels and dual chrome exhaust tips. If that was not bad enough full underbody blue neons with blue led"knight rider"style grill light. Really? To top it all "step your car game up" in vinal letting across bottom of doors. Peninsula towne center 630pm.
