Looks good!Silver car with dark wheels is probably hard to shoot in low light like that.Looks like you did a good job with editing out the rig and all.

 

Still blows my mind that there's actually some big crane type thing attached to the car when those pictures were taken.

 

lol crane... It's a pole and two suction cups.

I have the same setup except I'm getting some modular poles made.

3 manfrotto superclamps
1 magic arm with camera mount.
Currently using a 1.25 round aluminum unit. 8' long.
Camera that has both wide angle and shutter speed capability.

(I need to upgrade mine also. To a modular design with a cable attached for rigidity.)

Nope, I'm upgrading because the steel conduit failed miserably :P main reason for not using it.

If you're in need of some strobes for any occasion I'll lend you some if you're doing a shoot. I have 3 Yongnuo YN460 II's, cheap units with decent light output + stands and radio triggers. just need to know in advance.

 

cool. I'm working on getting correct wireless strobes now. I have some studio umbrellas that run of 110 but would like to have a couple of speedlites to mount on light stands to illuminate the car.

^you can't crush the poor mk2. That thing has had a hell of a life. How much you want for it? Id love to put a vr in there and make it my daily.
