may i suggest red stitching? i also suggest using the houndstooth centers, but have them diamond stitched instead of the horizontal stripes. baller status.

That is definitely ballin but from what I've seen it just works better with a solid print. It'd be way too busy with houndstooth. If I wanted to go quilted I'd go full quilted black Alcantara on the centers, black Alcantara recover on the bolsters, and more quilted black Alcantara on the door inserts. Red stitching would work better in that scheme too.

 

That's exactly what i want to do for my interior except i want to try a dark grey alcantara for the centers.

My only limitation is the almighty dollar. Alcantara ain't cheap and I'll need to order plenty of it (Headliner, seats, door inserts, as well as wrapping several large interior pieces) all said I'm anticipating over a grand for the material. Also I literally just opened my acceptance letter to Radford so there's another chunk of change.
