like ifoam said just tune up and fluids as long as it runs and drives good then nothing else should be done.
Thanks guys. I didn't know if they had problems with anything that needed to be changed before going off road with that mileage.

rear diff fluids will tell you if you have any issues back there. you could have a chrysler 8.25 or a dana 35 back there. either one is something to watch, depending on your type of offroading and street habits.
