I planned on getting the contour over a gopro for the wider angle view. I think it looks cooler. lul.

 

I appreciate the offer Adam,but I have every intention of having something purchased by the next time I go to the track.I have all this cool footage from my MiniDV camera,and it looks horrible even at halfscreen on my laptop,let alone on a big TV.I'm sick of it.
Mounting options aren't really a big deal to me,as it'll just be on a rollcage mount.My main priority is picture quality and second is sound quality.There's a lot of air coming through the car,and I don't just want wind noise.

Yes, the rear spinning view was with Bryan's contour. The sound picked up soooo much better on it and it honestly seemed simpler(as if the go pro is complicated) to use. I'm not sure about the capabilities of it versus the go pro though.

I have my gopro mounted upside down in front of the rear view mirror and I can change a setting on the camera to make it flip the view instead of having to do it via software. Id hope the contour could do all that as well.

 

I really want my wheels back. Just my luck that a tire in the temporary set I'm running developed a leak in the sidewall and won't hold air walked out to go to work over the weekend and the wheel rim on front passenger's side was touching the ground. Currently running 16" style 5's with bald-ass Kumho Ecstas in the rear (extra fun in the snow and rain), and 15" donuts in the front. Gotta call Wheel Works tomorrow. New M44 block (future long term build) and MHW tailights (I'm rare part hording ) are in transit. All this shit and I'm moving in 2 weeks. Hello STDs, drugs, and fast wimmenz.

Haha with those in the front and the bald Ecstas in the back (not to mention 140 raging horsepower in the middle) I'd lose it for sure. I'll call WW today and let you know, I don't trust those old Yokohamas as far as I can throw them.

EDIT: called Wheels Works and he said Friday (Jan. 9) they should be done so no comp. tires needed (fingers crossed) and calling my shop tomorrow to have the coilovers put in.
