Damn, a lot of negative people around here.... Thanks to the people who helped. It has a factory sti turbo and is running rich but other than that is running strong. I have a good friend that works on subarus at the local dealership take a look at it. He said he ran a bore scope into the head and that it has had some aftermarket parts installed and the tune in the ecu said there was a 6 puck unsprung clutch installed . I'm really trying to find out what internal engine/trans work has been done. For all the shit talkers, go ahead and do your thing.... I don't really care what you think.

not everyone wants to paint carbon fiber. Although I would prefer it to be all matched as well.

This car was certainly at the shop, I remember the lugnuts specifically and, she got it back and took pics of it and posted them a few days later. I was also dissapoint, I was hoping she was super duper hot just cause for some reason it always strikes me that car chicks should be epic.

I dont know anything about the engine but the car seemed solid to me when pulling it out of the shop or whatever. I didnt go and drive it around and such but besides the interior being a little messy it was not a bad car by any means.

I think she sold it back in feb last year and judging by most of the pictures I've seen and the info I've got most the work done under the hood was done after she owned it.... Correct me if i'm wrong...

Yes it did have a clutch, exhaust, and struts. But no engine work was done. That's all I'm saying. NO IT WASN'T MY CAR.

I know nothing of the engine. when I say shop, I am referring to stock or modified bodyworks, paint and body shop. I remember working on this car, twice I believe. Nothing major, I dont know how much you paid. But I thought it was a nice car. Im not sure what these guys are fussing about. Im sure all of them have bought used cars that have been ragged to shit without them knowing about it. Its going to happen in an sti. hell if it looks good, still runs and drives good than I dont see the problem. Besides the unknwon price you paid, I would say nice buy. I wish I still had my suby.
