It is, alongside its Covenant counterpart the Particle Beam Rifle, the most accurate and arguably the most powerful small-arms weapon in both arsenals. It contains a Night Vision Scope for night time accessibility. It is modular, with the scope, stock, barrel and firing mechanism capable of being swapped to match a mission profile.
It has a case of Whiskey Dick

I'm looking at the even bigger overall picture with the message though... Helmet aside, anything you do in life has consequences. Apply the same scenario to virtually anything in life and you'll realize just how big of an impact a single person can have on everyone around them. Think about that when you're starting your car (seatbelt), having a drink at the bar, driving reckless, or taking what seems to be a petty risk. Ultimately, the impact could be greater than you could ever imagine. Not just on yourself, but on everyone who cares about you out there. That's something we all forget all about sometimes, and this (for me), was a good reminder.

Millions of people are going to see this video over the next few weeks, and will continue to see it over the course of time. I think it's a message that needs to be out there, and people need to look at the big picture. It's not just snowboarding and helmets. It's much more than that!

Safety equipment exists for a reason, not using it is stacking the deck severely against yourself.
Although I understand where you're coming from, I don't necessarily agree with your outlook.

The same could be said about anyone who drove above the speed limit. The speed limit is there for a reason. This is a gross exaggeration, but would you feel sorry for someone who went through something similar for doing 60mph in a 55mph speed limit? The speed limit was there for a reason...

One split second decision doing just about anything in life could have unimaginable consequences. It's better to learn from someone elses mistake than repeating their mistake, no?

I see your line of reason, but actually no. I almost always follow the speed limit and when I don't I know that I am taking a calculated risk. The higher above the limit you go, the greater the risk. As soon as my risk of being caught or killed becomes more important than my time is about where I average out, usually about 5 above. It's irrelevant, it's a good message for kids to see and learn from, and I hope that they do, but natural selection tells me that they won't.

Just to add a little dope to this post......
