chorizo quesadillas = sausage and cheese grease all over your hands

and the fresh fried flour tortilla chips with black bean salsa is pretty good.

I sowwy. I assume you're referring to bajabean? I haven't really been huge on bars downtown. Never visited nor do I know exactly where it's at.
