Post pics of your ride!
Personally, if you already have carbon fiber pillars and mirrors, I'd go with that. Carbon fiber vinyl, if applied precisely, can look amazing and really tie everything in together. Sun Solutions know their shit!
What's the difference in price between having it painted and having it wrapped?

I am not sure on the EXACT difference in price yet, but I believe I am going to swing by there next Wednesday morning and get a quote to see how much he would charge me.
I can't see any reason to paint it.As good as the carbon fibber wrap is now, there's no reason not to use it.When you want to sell the car, just remove it and it's all stock again. Most people looking for a used car aren't going to want to buy a car with a different color painted roof.
However, I may change my mind one day about the roof being 2-toned, and if that is the case, then I can just rip the vinyl off. Plus the carbon fiber looked killer in person (IMO), so I really liked that look a lot. But then again, I really like the black too. Tough, tough decision.
I've always hated fake carbon fiber, but the stuff looks so real now I can almost accept it.My real C/F hood is spiderwebbed from my crash, and I'm considering wrapping it in C/F vinyl when I paint the rest of the car, haha.
haha alright, I will let you know for sure. I am leaning towards vinyl unless the prices is ridiculous. if I had experience with the stuff, I would order myself a roll and do it myself to save money, but I don't know how to work with the stuff to make it look seamless.
Let's say I do go with the vinyl...would you guys go with the matte black or the carbon fiber? You're right Chris, the carbon fiber looked so real that I didn't even know the car was vinyl wrapped until he walked up to me and started talking to me. I was in shock.

Just drove back from the shop (very nervously) in this:

As you can see the rear is not even close to set up and the car is the dirtiest it has ever been. (especially the brake dust) I plan on dialing it in over the next couple days. This is the whole kit at the HIGHEST setting. I also have rear shock mounts that'd take me down even further. By the way, it doesn't rub AT ALL, even on full lock.
For not being aligned it also corners surprisingly well, nice and flat, no body roll.

Well it's not going to be sitting at it's final height for a little bit until I can have a shop put the new RSMs on. (decided to go conservative and now I'm feeling like I should've just gone for it) Gotta find the jack adapter that will allow me to use the side skirt holes (no way is a floor jack going to fit under the car once it's dialed down). Thankfully I know that at this height nothing drags and I'm at neutral camber, so there's plenty of room to work.
