I don't believe so. I've seen them on multiple cars, never seen the logo, and the pic you posted just looks diff anyway

 

They are vette wheels, its a common thing for vw to run a lug adapter and spacer, then stretch some tires on them. I had a set in my closet i never mounted tires on when i had my mk4 jetta couple months back. Was kinda holding out hoping i'de find someone with c5s to trade for my mine but it never happened.

Tried to say YOU SLAMMED ON THE BREAKS when truck was in a stopped position waiting for the person in front of them to finish their parallel park job. Guy claimed to have "just restored" his...90s bmw and was pitching a bitch. lol
