Finally got a spot in Basic riders coarse. May 5th. Once complete the Navy will let me ride.

I know right....its a fucking scooter...

 

BRC isn't required to ride anything less than 50cc's on base. At least not yet anyway. they are trying to change it though.

gotcha. I started googling after I posted that and see that its only Japan/Hawaii that requires people to take the BRC for scooter riding. They should really make it more known around here. I have to explain almost every time I go through the gate that stickers and shit arent required for stuff under 50cc... I always get some cocky MASA/MASN who thinks they are tough shit.... I really liked those fuckers alot more when you had to be at least an E5 to crossrate to MA

 

Print out the base instructions and leave it in your scooter. Slap their faces with it when they question you.

 

Ruckus is the easiest scooter to fix. OMG!

 

Im thinking about doin a LIFAN 125cc motor on my tomos. 4-speed semi auto trans. Engine and Trans is $299 shipped brand new.. So tempting..

 

I know, I wish he would just figure it out already, we have given him plenty of ideas.....

 

Would be a pretty quick swap when you were done. Plus you can build those engines up to well over 200cc if you wanted too.
