Did they ticket you?

I was pulled in Hostility's DA not long ago in E.Henrico, had the cop tell me that my (completely stock) suspension was too low. Dafuq.

 

Must be a new cop.

He must have no clue that Richmond has no laws, or doesn't care. (unless your black, or fuck up at shockoe bottom)

No ticket, I didn't get his name because after briefly talking to me then measuring my car for whatever he just sat in his car for 20 minutes. Then he runs up to my window, throws my registration and license in the window and takes off in his car.

I dont think he ever intended to ticket me, he was aggressive about it from the start while all I did was reply with No sirs and Yes sirs. He insisted that whoever inspected my car will be investigated, my car is completely unsafe to drive home and that there was just no way I had never been pulled over before.
