I bought my bike 2 years ago and it had a power commander installed. I have to yet to see if it is actually tuned. Maybe I'll do that this weekend. How do I exactly tell if it's been custom tuned?

Plug it into your computer with the software. It it says anything but "stock map" on the bottom of the screen it must've been dyno'd. Most people just press the buttons and add some richness to the bike.
