I guess the 'meets' are just different up here..
In Orlando ppl usually chill at a spot, theres always someone with a crazy system that djs the meet lol. Wait for more cars to show up, maybe get a lil something to eat (empanadas) at the food trucks, set races up. Most ppl know eachother, so it has more of a chill environment to it.. and of course you got the idiots doing burn outs. The races are wild. We're just new to the area and wanna get a feel for what Virginia has to offer.
