thats not bad, i figured it would be higher though. i drove a 2010 when they first came out and they said they were averaging around 50 all highway and they make 236 foot-pounds of torque.
the last time i checked my hatch with all highway miles was running 75mph with the A/C on, 2 people in the car plus luggage and I got 52.5mpg. I need to check it unloaded at 65mph with no A/C. I should be able to reach 55mpg.
I could drive less aggressively and get better mileage. You also have to consider my car has 200,000+ miles and was on it's original fuel filter until 2 weeks ago. I think i could break 50mpg relatively easy if i tried.
