Finally mounted my new wheels today!

got some monster wheel gap going on now...and im not sure how im going to fix it. Obvious answer is lower it, but I currently have trouble with speed bumps as it is, and I do have a few to drive over at work...SO lowering it more is not really an option. Second option would be bigger tires...but it would take a considerably bigger tire to fill that gap, and i dont like the balloon tire look. Soooo, probably going to end up selling these wheels and sticking with the 19" Varrstoens for a little bit longer. Kinda makes me sad, but oh well.

To the average person, those wheels appear stock(ish). Hard to tell by the pictures, but it looks to me like it needs spacers or something.

Other than that, I like the look.

The front wheel gap looks pretty good to me. The rear would probably look fine with a little taller tire.

Just get some bigger tires corey. As big as those cars wheel wells are I was afraid a 225/40 wasn't enough tire. A nice 235/45 would fill that nicely.

First off, who are you?

I would love to try another tire size in the rear, but right now i have other financial priorities and just cant afford to buy another 2 tires. I may hold on to them for a bit, or I may just sell them and stick with the Varrstoens. It's all up in the air right now. Either way, these wheels wont be going back on until after I get my SPL Pro camber arms and SPC toe bolts installed. my alignment is all kinds of wonky right now.

Doesn't look like they fill the fender wells quite right, 19's are definitely the way to go. Personally I liked the Varrstoens better anyway.

I love the Varrstoens as well, but the previous owner didnt take care of them at all. All 4 wheels have curb rash and scratches. Plus, a stealthy pothole from hell snuck up on me yesterday and put a nice bend in the lip of my rear passenger wheel. I'm going to contact Roanoke city about the incident and see if I can get anything for the damage to my wheel, but I doubt anything will come from it. I plan on refinishing them soon anyways...so ill just bend the lip back and fill all the curb rash.

I recently helped a friend paint his cheap ass wheels a badass turquoise metallic color..I'm thinking the stoens would look awesome in that color.

Goldbolts is Christian I believe.

18s can look really good on those cars, but it definitely needs more tire.
My vote is hold on to the wheels until you can get some 245/255 tires on the rear(and maybe a little wider up front),small spacer if neeeded out back, and they'll look awesome. The wheels are sick, they just need a little work to get the right look on your car.

Goldbolts is Christian.

The stock 350s come with 18s stock, right? Lower, beefier tires, and spacers will be money

The wheels themselves look great though! I like that you went with something you don't typically see

Lol why did he make a new name?

I'm going to do a lot of meaty tire fitment research and see if I can get everything looking right. I spoke with Cosmis Racing today and they said that they'll be stocking 18x10.5's in March...and ill probably end up getting a set of those as well. Its hard to tell what my current rear fitment is like because my camber is all wonky right now... but when my SPL Pro camber arms come In, ill be able to play with the stance a little bit.
