Can always do:
Hey guys, [ url=http://www.randomlinkhere.com]this[ /url ] is cool! ( as an example obviously without the spaces, will look like this with example from your post ).

I'm still not entirely clear what the problem is. Are you complaining that when you paste a link to a forum thread/post it isn't showing exactly what you pasted but the title? If so, that's a "feature" of vbSEO.
