What are they doing on top of the parking deck? I feel like I'm going to come back to visit and not even know my way around.

What they did with the top of the parking garage was last summer or so that they put up a bunch of solar panels to save energy. And on the outskirts of campus you may have quite a hard time recognizing tech haha. They have at least 3 or 4 large new buildings going up on each side of campus.
