It went nuclear in like 30 mins over 50 replies. His only defense was stated several times "she called me too often asking about her vehicle!" Lol what the fuck kind of business owner gets mad because someone calls to inquire about the product they purchased!? The only people agreeing with his explaination was his wife and manager who is also a dickheaded moron. I can see why his tiny little shit shop only affords him a shitty ass 90's Chevy pickup. Just finished up with VABCH police dept he's probably looking at an arrest for class 5 felony Forgery, the warranty company said they will also be reporting him to authorities for fraud.

I'm sure he will beat it. I was hoping for a Class 4 and have him plead down to a 5. Now the fraud part is another story.
