Havent posted anything on this forum in a fairly long time, but desperate times call for desperate measures and i'm sending out an SOS.
Last night 1/27/15, I parked my car out front of my parents home in Northern Arlington, VA around 10pm. The doors were locked, handbrake was up and the car was in gear.
I came out this morning, 1/28/2015 to find it not parked where I had left it, no tow companies have it neither, nor was it reported as being picked up by any to Arlington Police.
I have filed a report and am asking that anyone and everyone that may have any information pretaining to my vehicle, please let me know.
It is a Green 1999 Honda Civic DX, its lowered and sits on gold rims, its boosted and has work done to it
PLATES: VDZ-4358
VIN: 2HGEJ6343XH106728

VIN would help, I hate a thief. Keep an eye on CL and FB FS groups. As shitty as it is it was most likely someone you're aqquainted with. Hope you get it back in one piece.
Based on the location it will probably be found in Prince George's County Maryland. Around the university. I wish I had the tow lot info that had my stolen Civic but it was full of stripped Hondas and Acuras.
When they find it this will help get your shell back.http://forums.clubrsx.com/showthread.php?t=630544
Around here $1500 could get him a Saab 900 from around the same year. Instead he buys the second most stolen car in the US, puts a bunch of money in it, and then parks it right out in the street (where he has presumably parked it many times before) in an area infamous for Honda theft. Obviously having something stolen is terrible and I hope he gets it back, but jesus dude you were practically asking for it. It's not hard. Presumably he's parked it out there before and he's probably got a routine so they staked out his place, waited for all the lights to go out, consulted Mr. Slim Jim, and drove off with his shit like it was nothing. The ignition barrel was probably fucked (although they've probably got a key from every different combination Honda used at that time anyway). I once owned a 99 CR-V that you could literally start with a popsicle stick. 90s Hondas are garbage.
Cept the NSX
. Still perplexed on why people love these economy cars. Great point A to point B car that's about it, id keep one stock.
Front wheel drive, weed wacker engine sounding, owned by real pillars of society.
Hope OP get's a check and gets justice and a new ride.
