As everyone can see, CCI's customer service is top notch, they are doing hours of work for free. They don't know you are dis-satisfied until you speak up. See, now things are changing a bit.

It looks like the guy needed his car back, and that's why CCI gave it back to him in less than pretty condition..even though mechanically it was great.

You really shouldn't have come on here and talked all this shit when you hadn't even gone to them and discussed the situation. It looks like the damage has been done though. Think before you do next time.

Less than pretty condition!?! Holy hell! That's a complete hack job. "Mechanically great" does not mean leaning tower of Piza. THINK for a second what that does to the axels, rotating assemblies of the motor, and oil distribution. Ordering the wrong mani and reverse engineering it to fit is not mechanically great, neither is the water neck on the block. Stop riding CCI's cock!


Thank you for sharing your experience. Customers need to share this kind of info. I'm glad CCI is making it right, but I'm not going to pat them on the back because they screwed up to begin with.

Ok, not to mention the NuImage scams..you can see those on the fairfax county consumer affair webpage. And inline pro horror stories that I can surely dig up as well(Mechanical mistakes). Let's not get into vertex now either(18 inch wheels..everyone has heard that one)And if I recall correctly, BandT motorsport's son (I think he's a member here) was involved in some shady car stuff too recently.

First of, Bill Harris, the owner of B and T, is the most trusthworthy guy I know and that's the reason I keep coming back to them to get work done and buy parts. I don't care if Shop A offers a lower price, I don't care if the work is faster, bottom line is I feel safer with them. If there's ever a problem with my car he gladly sticks his hand out to help me, and anyone who's done business with him too. He's running an honest business and doesn't deserve idiot shits like you to say shit about him/his family/or his business.

His son's car, on the other hand, is paid off b/c his son works 8-10 hour days 5 days a week to pay for it. Rex is the last person I'd ever expect to do something illegal, or in your case any 'shady' business. Considering these facts I can't believe you could make such a ridiculous allegation like that directed not only to him abd B and T but also to the other respectable businesses in the area.
