Just call the DMV and make sure you can transfer the tags and title to Virginia. It may be that Virginia and Utah have different laws regarding this matter, so watch out.

Street legal and highway legal don't have to mean the same thing. I believe in most states the bike has to have a minimum of 250cc's..................

you can make any bike legal. i saw a guy on crf 50 down at the beach riding down pacific. as long as you have all the right lights and dot approved tire and couple other little things your ok.

why do you want to buy a cheap rip off honda 233cc bike anyway? you could probably get a ninja 250 or something for just as cheap?!

if its like all those other chinese built bikes using out of spec honda tooling it isn't road legal... any pics, how much is it?

1k...looks like a damn road cruiser..and according to them it will do 65...friend is a dealer for them...most honda parts are interchangable with the engines

the bike you're speaking of was in a recent bike mag where they all got $1k or less bikes and took them on a ride. The bike was a piece of crap and blew the motor by munching a valve within a few hundred miles of riding
