mom just said pay for it w/o insurance cause thats what she did with her car so im listening to what she says.

normally just paying out of posket is the better option,... but the heater windsheild is gonna be costly.... so i'd let it go through insurance if it were me.

Your mother may believe that having a windshield replaced will raise her insurance rates, which is not the case. Because the deductible will be far less than the actual cost, it is best to pay the deductible and have the window replaced through insurance. There is no reason why you should pay 100% out of pocket for this repair.

I got mine done at Glass Masters downtown off of broad street, called like 5 guys in the phone book and they were 2nd cheapest and closest by a long shot, dropped it off when they opened at 8 and at 8:45 they called to tell me it was done

any issues with service or quality of install??? does it leak? was the seal properly installed?
