Your warranty can not be voided by aftermarket parts unless they are able to prove that those parts have caused a deffect.

Where is that 40 HP though? If it's 40HP at the peak power point, that's usually not telling the whole story for a supercharger. If it's an Eaton blower, it may make a lot more than 40 HP down low, away from the peak power band of the engine, then the power increase will fall off as the efficiency/flow decreases with RPM, etc. It's not just how much, it's where..

I work at a Toyota dealer, and generally (not always) we can only get what's on www.trdusa.com .

The tC blower isn't on there.

its the same VVTI engine in like 6 of toyota's cars. Instead of looking for the upgrades as a car, I'd go with just the engine code.

Yes
Monster Motorworks makes a full race header and titanium header. Alphawerks, DC sports, Megan, also have headers for sale. ZPI, Draxas, Megan, and Magnaflow all have full catback systems. ZPI, MM, Creative Compacts all have mandrel bent spipes. Injen, K&N, AEM (TRD product not yet released) and Weapon *R (MM) make short ram and cai application. Weapon*R has the cold air box that works with their short ram intake. ZPI has a stage 1 and 2 port and polished head and underdrive pulley. Clutchmasters and Fidanza have lightweight flywheels. ACT and Clutchmasters have upgraded clutches for all applications. There are a few other companies working on cams and internals for both NA and turbo applications, but I can't remember the names. For tuning there's Camcon, Emanage, Emanage Ultimate, and SAFC. I know I missed alot of info. but this should get you started.
