yea i was wondering the same thing. im terrified of putting my orbital buffer on my car and it swirling, scuffing or pulling the clear coat off. is there a tutorial or something online?

I always hear Zaino is best, but haven't tried it yet.

i cant find zaino shit anywhere. u can get zymol wax from walmart for like 13 bucks. they make like an 8oz wax for like $1,500!! but its free refills for life, just send back an empty bottle.

Zaino = ownage. Zymol is pretty damn good... its a very easy polish/wax to whipe down. unlie the others will take some elbow grease but come out really nice.

I used to use this stuff from the dealorship that actually had Teflon in it for the bumper and hood area. Great shit. i wish i knew the name.

I agree, Mothers car wash, claybar, then a GOOD coat of wax. and a polish and she'll be bling bling. Be sure to do it like.. either really early in the morning. or while its partly cloudy and about 60degrees.. thats prime. too hot and it bakes quick and hard to remove.

would be better. the direct sunlight makes it bake really fast. the weather right now is perfect if your in your garage man. 60ish and shady =]

Zaino is the best, to get it you either have to find a distributor, or go to their website and print off the order form, and mail it in.

well i got the info i needed. i am gonna use a clay bar and i have a shit load of teflon coating i get from the dealership. and i'm gonna use zymol wax after. thanks everyone.

what does the clay bar do exactley? and what would be the best for getting out swirl marks?

be careful with clay bars i used to detail cars adn i know that they can fuck up your paint if you dont use them right zymol wax is the shit buy the way!
