If it's not titled or registered in your name and it's not physically on your property I don't see how the city can fine you. Regardless, pick up a trading post and call one of those "we'll pick up junk cars" ads on the back page. I had an old Subi in my yard that I needed gone. I had the title and everything, but when the dude picked it up he didn't even want the paperwork. He picks up these junkers, drains the fluids, and sells them by the pound to a recycler.

 

I want the type r 5lug swap for CHEAP and while I am there I will catch your car on fire and run.

 

The 5 lug conversion alone, if it is type-r, is like $1500 right there. I would just part that bitch out, drag it down the street and leave it. it is not in your name so who cares.
