wow - had never seen that actually - pretty cool looking.
I'll post pics of the new sample in about an hour - it looks kick ass 95% sure i'm going w/ it!

 

here's the new sample - 1 of my spare nose panels w/ only 2 light coats vs. the paper sample of 4 coats.

The pics here show the new sample (nose panel) w/ the only peice of my normal paint (diamond black pearl mist) which is the throttle cover w/ the blue stripe and some pics show the original paper sample - so you can see contrast.

I am definitely going w/ the sample look. Its still much darker (still using the jet black but w/ 2 light coats of blue) than what i had on my car (throttle cover black) - anyway - lots of pics w/ different lights and angle to try to show it well.
