There was one seller in particular I remember have a great experience with.

His name's Jason, had a modded S2000, asian guy. He persuaded me away from a WRX to a 2.5RS. Basically, he sat down with me and went over "Pros & Cons" of owning either, plus insurance costs, and boosting the 2.5RS. In the end, he had me sold on an '05 2.5 w/18k miles for $16k..............but I had no co-signer .

I drive 1 hour up to Casey Chevrolet in Newport News for my service needs... if that tells you anything.

As for sales... everytime I go up there to scope C6's or a C6Z they come out of the walls and start telling me stupid shit and wrong facts about the new cars.

My favorite was when one salesguy starts badmouthing my car w/ me right there thinking I'll be like, "Yeah you're right, my Z06 is a slow POS and I need a new C6." Fucking morons.

I'd love to have my car's warranty work done there, but I just don't trust them. Casey Chevy has a Corvette only department and they've taken good care of me.

I went up there a few summers ago to look at buying a WRX. Talked to a sales guy. Asked to take it out for a test drive and whatnot. Guy didn't bother to get any tags for the car to start off with, so we couldn't even really go far with it. And then, when I asked to drive it, I really couldn't. So, it was more of a ride-along with the guy while he told me all kind of wrong information on the car. After we got back from the ride-along, we talked numbers and the just tried bending me over on the car. I'll never deal with RK Chevy/Subaru at all.

i had a similar experience at a ford dealer...telling me i should trade in my "slower" lowly GT for the 03 cobra i just drove...i started my car up and left and the look on his face was priceless.

I agree with above. heard good stuff about service side....but take lube and dont expect a freee reach around if you need to deal with sales people. Heard some lovely stories from a friend of mine who was a salesman in training.

RK sucks donkey dick. I used to work there...the management is just plain dirty. But you have asked about that.

The service side is okay...that is the only thing they have going for them.
