Alright, i'll simple it up for ya.


88-89 CRX DX (come with tach) as well as SI
90-91 CRX DX (come with tach) as well as SI

88-91 EF DX (do not come with tach) si only

88-89 CRX/EF guage cluster wiring is different than an 90-91

lets not forget that a 90-91 will not fit in a 88-89 one has round dash other is square trust me got a 90-91 sir cluster and it wont bolt into my 88 crx

 

That's true, All you need is the different guage cluster bezel though, I got a 91 CRX cluster in my 89

I was just at U wrench it earlier and saw three 88-89 DX hatches, Im pretty sure you can score a Guage cluster bezel.
