well im not scraping it. Its $30 and a $57 court cost. At least thats what the automated shit says. Ill take a picture with this now, and take a picture from what it was before i tinted it and show them.

I'd like to see someone fight it. I hate this states rules for stupid things and if the car is registered in another state Virginia needs to STFU and deal.
It is a fucked up place and you might loose in court though, but I would fight it. Oh and MAD DOHC about GTFO..believe me a lot of us are trying I hate this fuckin place and I tell all who I speak with to try not to get orders here

Its like gas prices, you can't really fight it so why bother? The state is going to get their money regardless. I think the only thing that will get the "Commonweatlth" to start realizing things need to change is for people to start leaving state.

What was my fault was... i was in the HOV lane and got pulled for that. And then he nickel dimed me with the tint. FU**in faggot. Young ass cop too.

Well you sorta fucked yourself on that one, were you supposed to be in the HOV lane? Thats like getting pulled for speeding and bitching cause they found drugs in your car too. Once your pulled over its just ass raping time. You gave him a window of oppurtunity and were already breaking the law showing him you werent the greatest person so he hit you up hard..not nice..nor fair and cops do suck but that is what happens. Fight the tint if you can though. Possibly fight the HOV too... if you havent been here long try to say you don't understand the HOV lanes and stuff. We dont have them where Im from and it is sorta confusing when you first get here.
