Be VERY happy there was no DUI.
I don't *believe* the radar and the seatbelt are moving violations...I could be wrong.
The speeding can be reduced to something like improper driving with a lil massaging of the legal system.

I got a ticket the other night too...its that damn end of the month crunch time for them. Of all the stupid things i've done..the one time i just trying to get my ass home and was only speeding and not goofing off.... i was goin 80 if not more in a 55 but the 5-0 dropped it to 70 so its just a plain speeding ticket. thanks buddy.

Being the end of the month has nothing to do with it (there is no quota)...when your doing 80 in a 55 its kinda obvious your speeding. I got a wreckless general, because when they cant call it wreckless driving its called general. I was speeding 57/45 and swirving (changing lanes rapidly 
) Went to court with a crappy lawyer and got off with d. improvement class and 6 months probation, which acctually turned out to be a 2 month probation. I figured this out when i got a speeding ticket 2 1/2 months after my probation started and I went to the court for violating my probation and to my suprise i had no date and the ticket was off my record

There is NO "quota".
However, there is a minimum number of tickets that need to be issued in a certain time frame so the PD knows that their workers are doing their job.

We just showed up in our finest Sunday outfits and played like good little boys. We admitted to the offense, talked like adults, and showed respect for the judge, officer, and the court. We got the Reckless/Racing ticket reduced to an "Improper Driving" ticket with no probation or driving school involved. BUT, this was before the Import craze really got started and I was driving my Mustang and he was in his Camaro.

We just showed up in our finest Sunday outfits and played like good little boys. We admitted to the offense, talked like adults, and showed respect for the judge, officer, and the court.
