my bad: i was meaning to describe the ebay shitcans (sleeves with orings and stiff ass springs) they wont pass due to the way they are designed (springs wount stay intact when vehicle is lifted,e tc)
i have seen two rice cans that had them on and some cheesy yellow struts, i guess i just assumed thats what they were.
I'm go to skool at ODU and i need to get a state inspection for the car i just bought, where's a good spot to get it inspected where no one is anal about everything, If i remember correctly coil overs are illegal now, and thats about it for the integra that isn't legal, i got everything else to be right so it should pass...
Make sure you take English at ODU. Might help you later in life
How is not being able to afford the real deal, class people as a ricer?
Well that's pretty much what it means there buddy. If you can't afford the real deal then save up. You endanger me and everyone else on the road with your cheap aftermarket parts that are made not made for highway use. If a company can not say they've been approved for street use then what does that tell you about them? They could care less about you but if you choose to use those parts I prefer you stay away from me on the road. Why don't you just cut your springs? It's probably safer......
