Nope, Gary told me about an excellent deal on one not too long ago but I am strapped on cash at the moment with the baby being due in 2 weeks. I will definately head out with yuo and give it a try though. Just let me know when.

There are a few places for light wheeling around roanoke. You have broad run, poor mountain, some powerline trails and I know of a few places on private property that a friend owns that I go to every once and a while.

If you branch outside of roanoke a bit more, you will find several better places, you have bobcat, potts, pevine, more powerline trails.

I know a group that is planning on taking a full day for some wheeling on august 26th. I will try to go but i'm not sure if I will be able to make this trip or not because of the baby. They are going to head through broad rrun to 311, head down 621 and over to 460 and will start the journey down the mountain at bobcat.

Looking at your sig, I am assuming you wheel the jimmy. 39.50's wow! You should have a difficult time making it through any of the trails around here. Bobcat will be the most difficult for you but only because the trail is sized more for a mid-size. I have seen a few full sizes out there before though so I know it can be done as long as your are not worried about scratching the paint or taking some minor body carnage.

My brother used to have an 89 k5 on 38.50's that he used to wheel and didn't have trouble making it through any of them. He never went to bobcat though.

I'll definately let you know the next time that I head out.
