My old teg ate a cap and did the same thing, no code though

I had a friend with a maxima, this happened, and it turned out to be his transmission was DONE, it was melding together, and sometimes would break loose...other times it was fucked.

Is it manual or auto?

His car was Auto, and it was prolly caused from shifting manually.

he said it was a honda.
