i still think it is amazing that you have put up the numbers you have run on 'stock' shortblock though
The owner of the Jeep officially laid down the gauntlet over on delphi, so now it's on. Now I just gotta see if I can get everything done in time. You should definitely come down to Rockingham for MATR if you can.

I hear ya....thats seems to be the norm in that tech isnt quite as anal real early or real late in the season but the rest of the year its hit or miss.

I'm going with the MegaSquirt-II, gonna run it for fuel only, at least at first. Installation is cake and the tuning looks fairly straight forward (altho we'll see how I feel once I start actually tuning LOL). I'll be putting it in the first week of Nov.
Cool... I looked at the MS stuff before I bought the XFI and IIRC the only reason I didnt go with it was there werent many ppl that I could find who were running it. Im a newb to stand alones so I was looking for something that had a few ppl out there who I could bounce stuff off of should I get in over my head. FAST makes the trans control Im running right now too and I figured it'd make for getting support easier and compatibility if I bought everything from the same company.

BTW, whats "MATR"? A Mopar only deal?

He seems cool, we've been wanting to line 'em up for a while. He definitely stepped it up a notch with the new setup. I'm gonna have to return the favor Altho, went looking at some CTD Rams today (for me), and Durangos for the wife, that's gonna cut into the mod money a lil bit LOL

She can barely get in the CTD (she's only 5'4"), I doubt she'll be driving it. LOL And it will only get light mods, it's gonna be my daily, but I could see an intake/exhaust and programmer Plus it'll probably end up towing the R/T. I told myself she would never be a trailer queen, but it's also nice to be able to roll it off the trailer without having to swap slicks/skinnies, and then not have to worry about pushing it too hard. But running in street trim can be fun too. I drove it up to Philly for work last week, and ran 11.7@120 just the way I drove it up there, and that was with the wb pegged 10.0 the whole way down the track. It'll be nice when I can finally get a decent tune on it, standalone goes in when I get back next month.

10.0?!

are you running a safe tune?? lmao

just keep the truck street legal with an interior, anything you can drive down the road with the radio on is gonna be cooler than a trailer queen IMO

Well, right now it's either pig rich or leaning out, this piggy back band-aid crap sucks. I can't wait to get the standalone in and get a decent tune on it. But the truck will always have full interior, stereo, etc. She'll never get stripped, I like driving her too much. But she may see a trailer every once in a while (just for far away meets, that way I don't have to worry if I break something). But locally she'll get driven to/from the track, the way it should be
