A guy on gixxer.com said he laid his bike down at 20 with race railz and had no damage just picked it up and rode away im guessing by no damage he meant plastics.

it's possible i guess. it would depend on the slide, and whatnot. i've seen rails on a few bikes, for what you're wanting to do, they look like they'de be your best bet. a cage may be a lil much if you like to do the corners and stuff. the freestyle cages have a removable lower loop, which just leaves the extended sliders, but i've never really liked freestyle's design. i have one of thier 12 bars, and i don't even want to use it. (not a big fan of drilling holes to mount it).

I was thinking maybe i should try to repair my plastics and just keep using them even though i already ordered new ones. Atleast ill have a 2nd set. Only thing that sucks is when frame slider broke off it crackedd pretty bad around that hole. But o well yea i guess i'm leaning towards railz but i really want to stunt so bad sucks i got a 2006 bike haha

yeah, go to the hardware store and get some low grade bolts. that way, rather than the mount breaking in a nasty fall and taking out the frame, the bolt just breaks. never use grade 8 stuff on cage mounts. they're too strong, and if the bike hits HARD, they'll take out the frame at the mounts.

I dont plan on testing mine any time soon, But ya they are great, And the bolts do rust I just took mine out last night and painted them. I know kevin at powers pretty good. they are good guys. like steve said I know alot of people that have scraped there 905 cages in corners, they are also hell on your shins if you come down hard..
