yes it is in the distribbutor, but it could also be a wring issue

i guess ill try a new ls obdo dizzy and see what happens any other ideas of not reing past 3000

I would check to see if the wiring was actually done at the ecu if the a new ls dizzy dosnt fix it.

i threw the exact same code and replacing the dizzy fixed it

Did you check to see if the wiring was actually done correctly. If the wiring is correct then you know it has to be the crank sensor itself in the dizzy
