looks like that cop threw the book at you for going just 3 mph over the speeding threshold. Be contrite and humble in court and the judge will most likely reduce it to speeding...

He is 19 and has stated "well ive gotten speedin tickets in the past and 2 drivin on suspended charges".......... He can expect less cooperation from the judge, a rather large fine, loss of driving privelages, and probable jail time although suspended.

wow, in that case better get a lawyer...and prepare to expect up to 5 days in jail.
FFX ADC sucks now, they don't have cable TV anymore.
