Road course in New Kent
i did my thesis on that project. new kent county planning commission is very tough to deal with right now because of all the yuppies who moved from greater richmond and want to be the last ones to move in.
why? so it can stay some hole in the wall place?
think of all the business, jobs, money, ect that it would bring into that place... the only reason i would understand not wanting it would be is if it was in your backyard... its right off 64, its not like its going to cause mayhem throughout new kent...

1. increased traffic
2. pollution (emissions, light, noise)
3. lack of capital
those are three strikes against any project, dragons' ridge has all of those and then some

I drove by the site, but I was in the Cobra and couldn't get too far into it. It is under construction, because all I could see was excavating equipment. I just turned around because I didn't want to have to wash the car again. Haha It's right off the route 33 exit towards west point. Make your first right on a little black top road that turns to dirt. I'm only two exits away from it in James City County off Croaker Rd.
