No you got to change what you drive. No Hondas, and no 5" muffler in the back will save you from tickets. When i had my honda i got pulled over for any andf everything.

My focus has got a JRSC loud as loud and never got a ticket once. running 2.5" header back no cat. Tip look almost stock. Cops thinks its an exhaust leak. Never pulled over or even the death stare they used to give me in the hondas.
I think my next project is going to be a subaru impreza wagon for that reason.

 

if i happen to go to court with pics, do i have to take pic of my tags? i was thinkin i cud just take some pic of other is300 n show it since i dont have a pic before i got my tints done

if you have a sunroof, keep it opened and let more light inside the car.. It'll make the tint look lighter..

well does not work if you have 5% tint though :P
