Performace is performance where ever or whoever makes it and thats what most of us on this forum from what I noticed are about,a 550hp 302 with the flattest torque line you have ever seen will outrun a sr20 swap any day especially with a 6-speed tranny....But sorta to your point there is a kit to drop in a Infiniti V8 with 6speed tranny as well and I know from expierence that those cars are fast and the swap looks much easier........

But they're not as fast as the LS1-swapped S13's.

GTFO, there is no reason why every light weight RWD import car shouldn't have a LS1/2/6/7 in it!

Whichever engine makes the most (POWER) will win.. Torque isn't power, it is force.

It's just my opinion. Personal preferance. But I guess I should GTFO cause I have an opinion.

Also there are many more options for motors by nissan than an SR20.

ls1 is around 60lbs lighter than a stock ka24de also
