Sounds like you need to drain the oil, pull the pan, and hope for the best. Shouldnt be a spun balance shaft bearing, those arent as loud as that.

 

check the timing belt junk. sounds like your shit came loose and jumped a tooth.

 

Exactly what I was thinking, if it won't go above 4k, timing is definately off. I was saying check the spark plugs to see if its the piston smacking the plug....I def. wouldn't allow it to run much

 

the plugs are fine

 

are the cam caps tight?
maybe the balance shafts are out of whack, it doesnt sound like a bottom end knock really, i cant really tell what it is from the video though.

 

it sounded like a lifter tick to me thats what i always refer to that noise as haha.

make sure nothing is broke/bent. do a compression check make sure you have no bent valves. check your oil level check the coolant level. check the oil for a milky form.
