i checked all sensors and it still does the same thing.

Your FITV needs to be taken apart and tightened back down. Take off your intake tube so you can see inside your throttlebody. You will see 2 holes on the inside of the throttlebody. Put your finger over the bottom hole and see if it fixes your problem. If so, than your FITV needs to be taken apart and tightened.

can ya talk some more about that throttle body trick, and the meaning of different sensors like the "FITV" etc...

Fast idle thermo valve has a wax pellet in it that melts when the coolant reaches a certain temp, and then allows the valve to move closed when vacuum is applied. It's an idle air control valve of sorts that allows extra air to bypass the throttle plate when the engine is cold. Obviously the wax solidifies when the temp goes back below whatever threshold, so it's self resetting. Pretty clever, very crude though.
