I dont know where you guys are finding houses so cheap, but i and every one on my street pay $900 for two b.r, one bath house in portsmouth, in a not so great area and every house i looked at in p-town rented for about the same before i took the one im in???? Im moving to the beach in a couple of weeks and im going to be paying $1200 for a 3 b.r/2 bath. This thread sounds pretty reasonable to me.

 

My townhouse in a decent neighborhood off Great Neck Rd has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, 4 car driveway, 16 ft ceilings.. is $950/mo.

 

2 car drive way.. the other 2 are blocking the 1st 2 in if ya park 4.. but sitll good deal on the house..

 

Im gonna be placing an add in the paper on Monday. This is a good deal, Im sure someone will be interested. The house is in really good shape.

 

try putting an ad on craigslist.com also

 

Mind telling me where this is? Me and my roomates are going to be looking for a new place once our lease is up and I'm trying to find a house/townhouse rather than another apt.
