IM sure someone could make one via a gear driven/electronic sub tach. All you would have to do is create a program to input the values of your transmission ratio's and calculate what RPM you would be at in a gear (or two with separate LCD's) lower and output them to an LCD. Im sure someone could do it, but it would probably be more work than it's worth. Just learn your car.
