fish for sushi???

i get most of my stuff from world market and farm fresh. not sure if the stuff they sell is any good but im just a beginner so i may be wrong

You can get all the supplies to make sushi (except sushi grade fish) from Asian grocery stores like Fortune on Holland Rd., 4 Seasons by Pembroke Mall/Pho 79, Asian 88 on Great Bridge, Asia Grocery on Va Beach Blvd., etc. I wouldn't ever try to cut my own fish though. Sushi chefs go through extensive training to do what they do. I'd probably just end poisoning myself, so I just stick to making simple California rolls, futomaki, shrimp tempura, or whatever at home.

I make my own sushi at home. If you're worried about poisoning yourself just bleach it with vinegar (it doesnt affect the taste of the fish). And you should be set.
